Pilates Plus Mat ClassInstructor: Amy Sabel 8 weeks Lengthen and strengthen your body through core pilates. You will improve your appearance, health, flexibility, posture and muscle tone especially in your abs. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness, modifications will be offered for each level. Experience what everyone is raving about in a relaxed, safe and comfortable setting. Kayaking-5-Day Tomales BayInstructor: Sea Trek Kayaking 1 week sessions weeks Challenge, inspire and excite your child! We'll pack all our supplies into two person kayaks for five days, and explore one of the most amazing waterways in the country. We'll glide past Tule elk feeding by the shore, and estuaries that teem with wildlife. We'll learn the legends and lore of plants and animals, and assist local fisherman in bringing in their catch just feet from the shore. Leopard sharks, bat rays, pipefish and more are seen and their life histories explained as we learn more about our connection to the waters of Tomales Bay. Weather permitting we'll launch for a short evening paddle to reveal swirls of bioluminescence sparkling in the wake of your kayaks. Hike to an isolated beach and see abalone shells scattered on the shore and explore a sea cave at low tide! Times: Monday at 9am and return Friday at 4pm. You may sign up for these camps now. One week sessions 6/14-8/9. No camp week of 7/5. |
